Every message that comes through this form is read by a person, and the reply comes from a pharmacist rather than a sales team. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit, what the work would involve, and roughly how long it would take. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will say so.
You do not need a scoped project or an approved budget before you get in touch. It helps if you can tell us the topic or medication that needs explaining, who it is for (patients, caregivers or clinical staff), whether you already have video or written material we could build from, the languages your patients speak, and any date you are working towards. If all you know is that patients keep asking the same question, that is enough to start from.
A custom video takes three to four weeks. That covers discovery and planning, script development, pharmacist review, custom illustration and animation, professional voice-over, your review and revisions, and delivery through the engagement platform. If you already own video, we can usually have it working in under a week with a QR code, a branded portal login for your team, and a live analytics page showing how patients engage with it. For most organisations that is the easiest first step, because nothing has to be produced from scratch.
